Led by an IE International MBA alum and Principal Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft Elevate, the session will draw on Microsoft's experience as "Customer Zero" for AI transformation, insights from the 2026 Work Trend Index, and real-world examples of how AI is already changing the way people collaborate, create, make decisions, and solve problems. 

Designed for high school students, parents, families, and counselors, this conversation will go beyond how to use AI tools. Instead, we'll explore the bigger questions: If AI can provide information and generate ideas in seconds, which human skills become even more important? What will universities and employers value in the future? And how can students learn to work with AI while continuing to develop their own creativity, judgment, curiosity, and critical thinking?
