Professor of Entrepreneurship & Family Business | Academic Director, IE Center for Families in Businesss
Cristina Cruz is a full time professor of Entrepreneurship and Family business at IE University and the Academic Director of the IE Center for Families in Business.
She serves as Associate Editor of Family Business Review and is also part of the boards of several journals.
She has recently been awarded fellow of the Family Firm Institute, a recognition to individuals that demonstrate ongoing expertise and commitment to the field of family enterprise.

CEO of Cosentino Group Family Office
Álvaro de la Haza began began his professional career at the law firm Garrigues.
He has been with Cosentino for 16 years, where he started as a corporate lawyer and, after several promotions, is currently the Executive Vice President.
He is the CEO of the Family Office of the Martínez-Cosentino Family.
He is a regular speaker at various educational institutions and teaches at IE and EDEM.
