This masterclass is designed for managers, team leads and aspiring leaders and examines how analytics and AI can amplify human leadership rather than replace it. We will cover using data to sharpen feedback and performance conversations, employing AI tools for improved planning and execution, and designing ethical, people-centred processes that improve productivity and engagement. Through concise frameworks and brief case examples and interactive reflection prompts, participants will gain actionable practices to make leadership more evidence-based, adaptive and humane in digitally enabled organisations.

Professor´s biography:

Iulian Pavăl is an Adjunct Professor of HR at IE Business School. He specialises in global HR operating models, organisational effectiveness and digital HR transformation. Iulian helps practitioners design scalable HR processes, technology-driven HR service-delivery models and human–digital support systems that improve coaching, performance and career development. He holds a Master in Talent Development and Human Resources from IE Business School and a Bachelor's in Management from Bocconi University.
