About the speakers:

• Cristina Simón

Cristina Simón, PhD in Psychology and Musicology, is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at IE Business School. Expert in HR and leadership, she has been Visiting Scholar at MIT and Boston College and Academic Director of the IE-Brown Executive MBA program.

• Daniel Valtueña

Daniel Valtueña holds a PhD in Cultural Studies (CUNY) and works as a cultural consultant and professor at IE School of Humanities. He directs the Arts & Culture Lab and has led projects for institutions like NYFA, Madrid City Council, and Fundación “la Caixa” across Europe and the US.
