Leadership challenges: Multi Levels in the system and your chimpanzee

Have you ever wondered why it is so challenging to lead in the healthcare sector?

The heathcare industry has developed some of the most agile innovation engines, but the system is impacted by the gradual adoption of innovation and a resistance to harnessing the power of digital information technologies.

As part of the activities of the Advanced Leadership Program in Healthcare, we invite you to a session that will look at the human element in the system and how our chimpanzee brain can sabotage us, and therefore the system. By understanding triggers and the simple rules of how the brain works in the context of social connections, the system can be improved. The session will take a soft skills approach, viewed through the lens of how these skills interact within a system.
