Our panelists:

  • Patricia Florencia: She holds an International Master in Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Graduated from ITESM with a degree in Business Administration has experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management, investment banking, private equity and real estate.
  • María Fernanda Gutierrez Botero: She has an International MBA by IE Business School since 2018 and has worked in Uber, Banco Bogotás or Nu Colombia as Director of Operations since then. 
  • María Paula Herdoiza: She is an expert in Human Resources engaged with the talent and the development of it.
