Master in Management: Your Early Career Springboard

Master in Management, Your Early Career Springboard

Whether you want to launch your own venture or accelerate a corporate career, your early decisions make all the difference. The IE University Master in Management (MIM) is designed for high potential early career talent who want strong business fundamentals, global exposure and room to personalise their path. In addition this program can either be done in our IE Madrid campus or the IENYC campus!

In this online session, “Master in Management, Your Early Career Springboard”, you will explore how the programme supports both entrepreneurial profiles and future corporate leaders. You will learn how the MIM builds core skills in business, strategy and leadership, how you can customise your journey through tracks and specialisations, and how graduates position themselves for roles in consulting, finance, tech, corporate leadership and startups. The session will also walk you through the admissions process and highlight what makes a competitive application at an early career stage.

There will be a live Q&A, giving you the chance to ask about career outcomes, programme fit, customisation options and life in Madrid as a master’s student.

Who should attend

  • Final year students and recent graduates exploring an international master’s in business or management

  • Young professionals (0 to 3 years’ experience) aiming to grow in corporate roles or build their own venture

  • Globally minded talent seeking an international learning environment that combines business fundamentals, innovation and personalisation

Join this session if you are ready to turn your early career into a springboard, rather than just a starting point.
