Participate in our IE LATAM Admission Week to fast-track your application process and enjoy special benefits for your next career move! The process is simple:
1. Register to participate and receive personalized guidance
2. Meet the application deadline
3. Book your in-person interview
This allows you to receive the benefit of:
- Receiving a fee waiver for your application process (150€)
- Being offered the possibility of conducting a face-to-face interview in your region. You can also choose to do it online if it suits your schedule better although we highly recommend doing it in-person.
- Receiving a fast-tracked answer within 7 days from your interview.

February 11th at 18:30 - ONLINE WORKSHOP
Join our online application workshop to understand the application process in detail, receive insider tips for a successful application and clarify all your doubts!
February 21st – APPLICATION DEADLINE
You need to submit your complete application by February 21st to enjoy the fast-track Admission decision and the fee waiver & interview benefits. Remember this includes:
1. Completing the full online application
2. Doing the essay and Kira assessment steps to showcase your skills
3. Sitting the entrance exam if required by your program of interest. Remember our IE Global Admission Test can be taken online anytime – more info here.
4. Uploading your English certificate and send the official mark through the website
March 8th to 13th INTERVIEW
Mark your calendar! Candidates in Venezuela are welcome to travel for the interview in Bogota, Medellin or Panama. If attending in person is not feasible, you may still participate and enjoy the benefits of the process by taking the interview online.
Dates and Locations:
- Panama – March 8, 2025;
- Medellin – March 10, 2025;
- Bogota – March 11, 12, and 13, 2025
In addition, you will have the opportunity to join for the online masterclass Workplace 2.0: Collaborating with AI while navigating its digital paradoxes session, with IE University Professor, Daniel Laya. In this session, we will discuss strategies to navigate these challenges and the importance of building supportive communities within organizations to find balance and purpose in a digital world.
By March 13th – ADMISSIONS DECISION
You will receive an answer from our Committee within 7 days from your interview.
