Rehumanising AI: The People-First Approach to Smarter Innovation
Join us for a Face to Face Event
AI can transform businesses — but only if people are ready to embrace it. Rehumanising AI is an inspiring session that helps leaders bring the human element back into technology. Guided by IE University professor, Dr. Guy Champniss, award-winning social psychologist and expert in behaviour change, this session reveals the five key psychological barriers that hold teams back from fully adopting AI. You’ll discover how to build trust, boost confidence, and create AI strategies that empower your people — not replace them. Learn how to turn hesitation into excitement and make AI work for your teams, not to them.
