These sessions will take place on Wednesday, May 20^th. We will be offering two different time zones; please make sure when registering to select the option that best suits you:

• 5:30 PM (Mexico City time)
• 6:00 PM (Argentina time)

During the sessions, Helena Reyes of Student Services, will walk you through everything you need to know before arriving in Spain, including:

• The visa process for non-EU students and how we support you
• Steps EU students must take upon arrival
• What life is like in Madrid and Segovia (cost of living, safety)
• Housing options: residences, apartments, and host families
• Health insurance and the European Health Insurance Card
• Practical tips on banking, transportation, and more
