The case of RAPPI in Latam - IE Masters in Management challenge

We invite you to participate in the joint IE LATAM & RAPPI CHALLENGE, an opportunity to tackle a real case from a regional giant in the on-demand & tech industry. Stand out and become eligible for a 25% scholarship for an IE Master in Management.
WHO IS THIS CHALLENGE FOR? Recent Bachelor graduates and young professionals with 0-2 years of experience applying to the Master in Management or the Master in Management & Strategy for the September 2025 cohort.
WHAT IS THE PRIZE?
- The 2 winners of the challenge will receive an IE 25% Direct Award each to enrol in one of IE´s Masters in Management. All cases will be evaluated by a joint Committee with IE and RAPPI representatives. IMPORTANT - Awards are only granted to ADMITTED students: those who submit their complete application and are secured an offer by the IE Admission team.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE? There are two requisites to participate in this joint initiative:
- Register for the challenge;
- Complete the online application for the Master in Management or the Master in Management and Strategy by April 28th.
HOW AND WHEN DO I SOLVE THE RAPPI CASE? Participants who register and submit their application by April 28th will be invited to an informative session in which IE & RAPPI will explain the case to be solved. Participants will then have 2 weeks to work on the solution individually.
- May 8th - Informative Session on the challenge & explanation of the RAPPI Case.
- Until May 18th - Case resolution. All participants will have to analyze the RAPPI case, strategize, and craft a presentation with their proposed solution, submitting it by May 18th.
- May 19th to 22nd - Interview with the Admissions Committe
- May 22nd and 23rd - Evaluation of case solutions. IE & RAPPI will jointly review the solutions submitted by participants and select the 2 winners of the challenge.
- May 26th - Winners announcement. All participants will receive a communication from IE with the resolution of the challenge.
IMPORTANT NOTE - IE University Admissions teams will check that no AI-tools have been used for the resolution of the case. If a participant is found to have used these technology within its admissions process OR the case resolution, they will be excluded from the participation on the challenge.
