Daniel Laya has over 20 years of experience leading HR, Marketing, and Customer Care roles in multinational companies across South America, the Middle East, and Western Europe. In 2013, he founded mIDentity, a consultancy specializing in cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to drive organizational change. His recent projects include:
- Developing AI Chatbots for leadership development.
- Collaborating with MIT startup Humanyze to enhance team cohesion through wearable devices.
- Implementing Harvard’s "Immunity to Change" methodology to boost team efficiency.
