Scaling up needs an exponential mindset and important decisions to be taken in areas such as purpose, product, process and people. 

At IE Business School, we have created a special Executive Education Program for company founders and owners looking to scale.

The first module, which begins on April 2022, will be online, featuring a combination of live sessions and pre-recorded sessions that can be watched at any time.

The second module will take place at IE's Campus in Madrid, during one week in Oct 2022, allowing you to meet with other owners and founders who have the same scaling issues as you.

Joe Haslam is the Executive Director of the Owners Scale Up Program, an enriching IE Executive Education program designed for small and medium-sized businesses that want to scale up. As part of the MBA program, Professor Haslam teaches the elective "Humanities Grand Challenges," which focuses on the opportunities for entrepreneurs to use exponential technologies to solve problems in the fields of Energy, Telecoms, Agriculture, Health and Education.
