Data visualization: Art or Science?

On behalf of IE Exponential Learning, we invite you to meet IE Professor of Data Science and Technology, Rafif Srour, to learn more about the value of data analysis and graphic representations In every data analytics cycle, data visualization is an important step that helps analysts understand data, discern patterns and detect unusual behavior. A good graph provides you with enough information that will help you make a correct decision. What makes a graph a “good” one? What factors need to be considered when deciding on a chart type? Throughout this online session, Professor Rafif will define visualization and discuss its importance within the data analytics cycle, making a special emphasis on the general guidelines to produce a professional graph.
