Digital Transformation has become a buzzword. All seating around a table have a valid meaning, most of it partly right, but do not get confused or blindsided. It is not merely about technology, it´s about "people, enterprises, and society" and improving ways of working.
We are in the 4th Industrial (R)evolution, that is about acceleration of everything we do because of the technological capabilities our human society has accomplished and deployed for all to use. It´s about changing our habits and patterns, and ultimately evolving corporate business models.
Innovation, creativity, and leading change are the foundation of survival. The only way forward is to combine individuals´ new habits and enterprise trends in a global digital economy by focusing on customer centricity when defining the process maps of new business models.
It´s not straight forward. It´s about leadership, innovation cross fertilization, customer journeys, and mindset change… but there are a few clues that can be shared.
