Hacking Change
Attend this master class led by IE faculty, and a great opportunity to experience our teaching methodology.
Why do we find it so hard to stick to a resolution? Why do organizations find it so hard to transform themselves? This Masterclass is about understanding why change is hard, what behavioral science has to say about change, why change is usually pleasurable despite the fear it invokes and how one may hack ones behavior to actually make change happen.
