IE University Experience Day –LJUBLJANA

This event will allow you to embrace IE’s University experience concerning its educational offer fully adapted to present scenarios. You will have the opportunity to join us on September 21st via Zoom for the masterclass “How To Build A Winning Culture”held by Mario Berta and have the chance to meet Andrea Coppola, Director for the IE Regional Office, for a one to one meetings. Following the event, you will meet our Alumni –ready to share their IE experiences, current careers paths and answer any doubt you might have.

HOW TO BUILD A WINNING CULTURE

This Masterclass breaks down the cultural element of any company and allows the clients to understand what are their current culture traits, where they want to go in cultural terms and if there is a misalignment between employees and top management.

EXAMPLE: Often a companies which is millennials staffed but older generation led has huge gaps on the communication from top down, leading to lower rotation, loss of productivity and so on.
