It’s the buzzword you have been seeing everywhere lately: agile. Agile methodology, agile culture, etc.-it seems like we can no longer live without the agile component in our lives.

But exactly what does agile culture mean? Is it just about being quick and adaptable or is there something else to it?

Join us in this online master class where we will discover that the origins of the concept- a current buzzword that actually goes back many decades. We will break myths that insist on making complex something that, as its name suggests, has to be simple, direct and effective. And, finally, we will see how to lay foundations for an agile organizational culture.
