Positive communication has become an indispensable tool for leaders to stay connected to their teams, to inform, engage and inspire. But it is also one of these success factors that are easily identified but not trivial to deliver on, especially where face‐to‐face interactions are still scarce, and our work life happens primarily via video conferencing and Email.
