All bachelor Programs
Event details:
In our biweekly series of events, we will analyse the recent dramatic changes that are happening in global housing markets. We will review recent research that considers the arrival of both institutional and foreign investors into residential real estate. We will discuss new developments, including how, since 2016, real estate is a new sector that has been added to S&P 500. We will look at the implications for housing prices, homeownership, affordability and housing liquidity; the short and medium term effects have the potential to be quite different.
