Master of Laws (LL.M.) Workshop: International Dispute Resolution

Presenting a case in front of a national court or arbitral tribunal represents a key moment in a lawyer's career. But success requires strategic understanding of cross-border litigation, parallel proceedings, or international insolvency situations. The fact is, defending your clients’ rights is an increasingly complex task for even top lawyers. In this session, we begin by offering an overview of the program and a taste of the experience. We will then dive into the specifics of the International Dispute Resolution specialization, providing context, exploring professional opportunities and discovering real-world cases. Finally, we will round off the dynamic experience with an open Q&A session.
