We would love for you to join us in Hong Kong for our Master Class in SOFT SKILLS FOR SUCCESS AND HAPPINESS by Carlos Pallero.

Today the change has become even more constant in our lives. This is also in the business. Being able to maintain peace and live with uncertainty are two key skills, both individually and as a team. If fear is contagious, serenity too. But in addition to these skills, there are more opportunities to achieve success and happiness both in business and personal life. These are called soft skills

A workshop for people that are blatantly betting to enjoy, have fun, hope for the best, share what we know, see the positive side of life, listen, work as a team, laugh at our mistakes and loudly celebrate everyone's success with everybody.

This creative workshop that goes into the world of the conditions essential for obtaining happiness when working and where you learn to plan, convert ideas into projects, search for happiness in what we do, full awareness of the here and now, emotionally intelligent environments and practice of mindfulness.

Along this workshop we will learn what are the more demanded soft skills for companies and the way we can train them in order to achieve a competent domain in the most important areas of our lives to create the life that we want to create.

How we will learn along this workshop?

There is an old African proverb that says: "that knowledge is a rumor until it is installed in the muscle". That is why this workshop has been designed for attendees to incorporate the soft skills in their daily and work life. In this way we will install the knowledge in the muscle and it will be ready to be used from that precise moment.
