NEXTGEN: Uniqueness, user experience and purpose, the recipe for a successful project

Join is next February 8th at 6pm CET to this insightful conversation between Leyre Octavio (Executive Director. Head of Architecture and Ocuppier Solutions en Savills Spain) and Katrina Kostic Samen (Head of Office, Interior Architecture & Workplace Strategy at Savills UK).

Today, an interior designer has to be many things at once in order to understand their client and the client’s needs: an anthropologist, a data scientist, a sustainability expert… We spend around 80% of our time inside, and good designers are here to optimize the spaces we inhabit.

As the industry evolves into increasingly mixed-use solutions, spaces begin to answer to more specific habits, cultures and needs. In workplaces, for example, we go to the office no longer simply to work, rather we mingle, discuss and share ideas, even grow as a company - and that experience is what gives the office its purpose.
