Real Estate and Cities Forecast: Opportunities and Challenges

We are really looking forward to our next Real Estate On The Spot. This time, Marco Garcia Guerra, Partner PwC España, will join us to analyze the real estate sector on a global scale and look at where it’s heading in the years to come.  

The goal is to understand the growth prospects and characteristics of the real estate investment market by region—where the most investment and transformational activity will occur, with what type of assets and with what scales of investment and estimated returns.  

Asia, Latin America and Africa will show very high urbanization rates in the coming years, but they are very different geographies and markets, conditioned by economies at different levels of development and diverse legal and social frameworks.  Europe and North America, with more consolidated economies and cities, have more mature markets that offer their own products and processes.  

This masterclass will allow us to clearly identify where to strategically position ourselves in the years ahead, both professionally and in terms of business expansion.
