Real Estate Conversations: Driving Female Leadership

As part of the Real Estate Conversations series, this special session “Women Leading the Future of Real Estate” will spotlight the growing role of female leadership in shaping the evolution of the real estate sector. Co-hosted with WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain), the event aims to highlight the impact of women in senior roles and inspire the next generation of professionals to pursue leadership careers within the industry. 

The session will open with remarks from Carmen Panadero, President of WIRES, who will introduce the importance of strengthening female leadership and expanding opportunities for women across the real estate ecosystem. 

The main conversation will take the form of an in-depth interview with Cristina García-Peri, Senior Partner at Azora. Through a personal and professional perspective, the discussion will explore the key moments that have shaped her career, the strategic decisions she has made along the way, and the experiences that have defined her path to leadership within the real estate sector.
