Residential Real Estate: The New Global Asset Class
Attend this master class led by IE faculty. A great opportunity to experience our teaching methodology and meet IE alumni
Join us in London for a master class on the Residential Real Estate, the New Global Asset Class. IE University Professor Pedro Gete will analyse the recent dramatic changes that are happening in global housing markets. We will consider recent research that considers the arrival of both institutional and foreign investors into residential real estate. We will discuss new developments, including how since 2016, real estate is a new sector that has been added to the S&P 500. We will look at the implications for housing prices, homeownership, affordability, and housing liquidity; the short and medium-term effects have the potential to be quite different. We invite you to learn and join discussions on investment implications and the new challenges and opportunities this new global asset class proposes. The master class will be followed by a networking cocktail where you will be able to continue discussions and meet IE alumni.
