On October 24th, Istanbul will be the center of the IE International Venture Days. IE University and Garanti BBVA are excited to present Venture Day Istanbul, with the participation of Fintech Istanbul. In today's dynamic environment, this event aims to showcase the impact of innovation across various sectors, highlighting Turkey's growing role in the global entrepreneurial landscape.
This event for startups will bring together prominent speakers from the Turkish business community, insightful panel discussions, a startup competition, and extensive networking opportunities.
Five outstanding startups that demonstrate creativity, financial sustainability, and the potential to address critical business challenges will be selected to present their projects during the Venture Day final.
These startups will have the opportunity to present before a prestigious panel of investors, industry experts, business leaders, and key stakeholders. Our vision for Venture Day Istanbul is to foster a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs, investors, and stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and community building. We are committed to supporting projects that drive innovation and contribute to the comprehensive growth of the entrepreneurial sector in Turkey.

Our speakers
Director IE Italy & Southeast Europe
More than 10 years of experience in developing new markets for different multinationals and managing commercial teams. He is currently Director of Business Development for IE University in Italy & Southeast Europe, where he also completed his MBA. Passionate about LIFE and NETWORKING, constantly analyzing the environment to capture opportunities and connect people.
Vice President Finance at IE University
He is a versatile leader with degrees in economics and business administration. From a Bank of Spain analyst to advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, he revamped Spain's tourism image as general secretary of tourism in 2000. In the Madrid Regional Government, he promoted employment diversity and innovative healthcare. Now, as Chairman of IE University's Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, he prioritizes entrepreneurship and women-led businesses.
