IE University invites you to join us next Thursday, March 4th for a special discussion with Ines Juste, president of Grupo Juste in Spain and Catalina Gaviria, Partner at Virtus Partners, a Colombian firm specialized in family business consulting.
Through a lively discussion moderated by Professor Cristina Cruz, we will learn about Ines ‘experience leading a fourth generation family business and Catalina´s insights on family business dynamics. We will also talk about how the International MBA at IE can pave the way to a successful transition within the family business.

Cristina Cruz is a full time professor of Entrepreneurship and Family business at IE University and the Academic Director of the IE Center for Families in Business.
She serves as Associate Editor of Family Business Review and is also part of the boards of several journals.
She has recently been awarded fellow of the Family Firm Institute, a recognition to individuals that demonstrate ongoing expertise and commitment to the field of family enterprise.
