The science of habits: How they form, how they break and why compies should strive to have their customers form them

COVID turned our daily routines upside down, and there is every possibility that many of those changes may never be reversed. Why? Because they were habits. Habits are a unique form of behaviour, and far more prevalent than we realise - research estimates that 50% of our daily behaviours are driven by habit.

In this session, Guy Champniss will discuss why habits are so interesting as a type of behaviour, how they form, why COVID was so effective at disrupting them, and why habit formation can provide a strategic advantage for business.
