The Science of Happiness

Why is happiness now being taught to undergraduates and executives alike at IE University? Today, there is more than 20 years of science that has dug into the question of what makes human beings happy, and the science shows that while we are all born with a genetic code that to some extent determines our lives, an important part of our happiness is actually within our own grasps. In a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous), we need to become more knowledgeable about our deep internal needs as human beings.
