Thriving in Virtual Teams - USA & Canada
Join us for this unique Master Class!
As humans, we crave three things in order to feel stable:
1. Attention and approval (or "getting along")
2. Status and power (or "getting ahead")
3. Predictability (or "finding meaning")
When these basic psychological needs are not met, our mental health takes a hit, experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety. And as one might guess, a global crisis such as Covid-19 is sure to upend some of those elements.
As a leader it is crucial to reinforce these needs among team members. In the virtual and hybrid environment, it becomes even more challenging.
In this interactive session, Dr. Sergey Gorbatov will share insights about those psychological needs and practical tools that any leader can use to enable their team members to thrive even when working remotely.
