The most distinguishing attribute of great leadership is not a function of leadership philosophy or what leaders do, rather it is a function of the leader's internal meaning making system. The more relevant question then becomes where a leader is looking from, instead of what they are looking at. This frame of reference, known as Action-Logic, determines how leaders construct reality, how they respond to emerging situations, how they manage the changing demands placed upon them, and how they plan for the future.
This Masterclass on Transformational Leadership explores the lesser known dimension of leadership development: the vertical dimension. In contrast to the horizontal dimension of skills, know-how and strategy; the vertical dimension explores the meaning making system of the leader.
Transformational Leadership is not an event, it is an on-going evolutionary conversation inspired by what is possible of human development. It creates a powerful resonance that aligns mind, heart and hands towards enhancing well-being and effecting positive change. Leaders who fail to upgrade their leadership operating system will at best lead stagnant organizations, or be replaced by those who do.

Dr. Yazan Hijazi holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and has extensive experience in leading multi-million-dollar projects resulting in propriety technologies for the US Air Force, Seagate Technologies, and the US Nuclear Safety Agency.
Over the course of 21 years Dr. Hijazi has worked in different roles, becoming a renowned international speaker, innovation expert and transformational leader. His core passion is people and continuous value creation.
