Nick is an external senior advisor and faculty for McKinsey & Company.

Jan Rijken is the former Chief Learning Officer for KPMG, ABN AMRO and Mercedes- Benz and is a recognized thought leader in the international Learning & Talent community. His current role is Director of the Crossknowledge Learning Institute.
