World Economic Outlook: Trade Wars, Brexit and Uncertainty

At a time when the World is still recovering from the Great Recession and coming to terms with Brexit, as well as other crises on a macro and micro level, we find ourselves living in an age of unpredictability and uncertainty.

In this online session, Gonzalo Garland, Vice-president of External Relations of IE and Faculty Member of the Executive Summer School Program, will talk about the current global economic challenges in different regions and countries and will discuss the potential conclusions that can be drawn from ongoing political changes and economic conflicts.

This session will offer you the opportunity to find out what it is like to be an executive student at IE Business School, as well as get a taste of what’s to come on the Global Economic Challenges module that will be delivered, along with other hot topics, on this year’s IE Executive Summer School Program.
