Career-crafting: How to use purpose to design a second career with meaning

Your success means you can afford to do something different in your next act.

If you have worked more than 20 years,

if you feel you need a change,

if you realise you have another 20 years full of opportunities,

if you have “l´embarras du choix” for your next act because you are a successful leader.

If you have a curious mind and intellect and believe could be successful at a variety of things even if it is not what you have done before,

If you feel you want to dedicate your time and energy to activities with greater meaning.

Please join us for a thought provoking discussion between Anita  Hoffmann,  author of the book Purpose and Impact, and guest speaker at Transformation with Purpose Fellowship at IE University,  and Teresa Martín-Retortillo, President of IE Exponential Learning, the unit at IE university that delivers lifelong learning experiences.

Ms. Hoffmann will share with us key insights on career changes and career transitions; the “unknown zone” of when you feel you need a change but you do not know where to, the process of exploration and discovery, the process of generation of opportunities.  And in this context, why purpose matters.  Ms. Martín-Retortillo will share and contrast key insights underlying the design of the Transformation with Purpose Fellowship at IE University.

The Transformation with Purpose Fellowship has been specifically designed to help professionals with more than 20 years of experience to gain a new mindset and toolkit to lead their next professional chapter new ways, new places, and with new perspectives.
