Discussion around ESG and the Law
Join us for a Virtual event about Law
These days most companies attempt to stay on the ESG investors’ radar, i.e. comply with Environmental, Social and Governance demands and thus stay attractive to the investors that consider these relevant pillars when deciding to invest into businesses.
Additionally, companies that do not manage their ESG strategies adequately, tend to face higher levels of scrutiny and more complex legal restrictions.
As ESG is increasingly becoming a complex form of corporate governance involving significant legal issues, knowing the law involved is required to head off the risks and take advantage of the opportunities this new investment environment presents.
Join us in this information session with IE Alumni to discuss about these risks and benefits.
