Michael Green, Architect and Founder of Michael Green Architecture (MGA), will tell the story of why radical change is necessary and imminent in the design and construction industry and how mass timber will be instrumental to this change.

Using the work of his practice, MGA, and research work with his not-for-profit school, Design Build Research (DBR), Michael will describe how change is realized through education, installation, architecture and ultimately messaging that changes the public perception of what is possible.

From climate and environment, health and well-being, affordability and automation, to AI and algorithms – mass timber offers tools and solutions for radical change and modernization of an industry that largely operates as it did a century ago.
