Thinking about studying in Spain or already in the application process at IE? Learn about IE, what it’s like to study in Spain and even complete your admissions process* on the same day at the IE Admissions Day in Toronto!

 

ABOUT THE IE ADMISSIONS DAY

This event brings the IE Experience to you! Attend and learn more about IE, the programs, the admissions process and what it’s like to study and live in Spain. We’ll also have a workshop to give you the feel of what a real-life class would be like at IE.

You’ll have the opportunity to meet with our local team and other prospective students.

The event is open to prospective students and candidates interested in Master’s degrees, MBAs and/or Executive Education.

 

*Candidates may be eligible to continue on to the next steps of the Admissions process. They will have the opportunity to take the IE Global Admission Test (if needed), and also have their Personal Interview with one of our Admissions Directors.

10:30am-11:00am – Registration and Coffee

Arrive early to sign in, have coffee and network before the session.

11:00am-11:30am - Life at IE

Learn about IE, the programs we offer, and gain insights into the IE experience, student life, financial aid and the application process.

11:30-12:00pm Live Skype Q&A with Current students

12:00pm-1:00pmLunch & Networking

Join for lunch to meet your local IE recruitment team, IE Alumni and others interested in attending IE.

1:00pm-2:00pm – Interactive Workshop with IE Professor Kamayani Gupta: Managing Communication Gaps Across Cultures

This one-hour session will explore how communication differs from region to region by using diagrams from Richard Lewis’ When Cultures Collide. Using examples from your own experiences, we will learn how to best communicate to people from different parts of the world, before looking to revise a communication cadence from North America to fit another cultures’ communication style.

2:00pm-5:00pm - Admissions Interviews*** (specific time slot given upon registration and available only for candidates who have submitted their admissions application by January 18th.)
