Polarity Thinking: Managing Polarities as a key for Successful Change Management

Change is happening at exponential rates all around us. Successfully managing ´change´ is a complex process that is no longer a key to get ahead of the competition but rather an essential capability for most organizations to stay alive. Understanding how to manage change is also a process that individuals, professionals and leaders need to be aware of on the more ´personal´ dimensions of their lives.

Managing ´polarities´ and bearing ´polarity thinking´ in mind when handling change is one of those aspects. This talk will highlight how to understand and how work with polarities, illustrating a business case and example, as well as pointing towards the relevance of polarity management in our individual and personal dimension.
