At IE Business School, we know how important professional development is to you, which is why we want to invite you to an online information session about two resources that can help you finance the Executive MBA you are considering:

The Individual Training Permit (PIF) is a bonus granted to companies for allowing their workers to attend training programs during their working hours. This bonus covers the cost of the worker's salary multiplied by the training hours that coincide with his working day.

In addition, there is an additional financing method called flexible compensation. With this method, the company pays the price of the program to IE University and recovers up to a maximum of 30% of the worker's annual salary, without being subject to personal income tax.
