The ambidextrous organization

In today's high velocity world, companies need to balance exploitation with exploration. The concept of the ambidextrous organization improves a company's ability to pursue both incremental and radical innovation at the edges of its markets, explore uncontested markets and capture the value of strategic flexibility. It also helps companies to disrupt themselves before being disrupted from the outside. Being an ambidextrous organization increasingly becomes a necessity for companies to survive and thrive.

To celebrate the upcoming edition of the High Impact Leadership Executive Program, we invite you to a webinar in which we will explore the characteristics of the ambidextrous organization, highlight its benefits and consider some of the challenges of implementing the ambidextrous organization.
