The IE Brown EMBA Key Reflection Project

The Key Reflection Project (KRP) is a capstone experience that allows self-selected teams of students to dive deeply into a business or organizational issue with the support of faculty and advisors. This session will provide an overview and examples of the types of projects students choose, how they are supported through their journeys and the impact these projects have on both professional and personal development.
