Professor Lucia Egea will lead us in a discussion about how the new normal will affect both our personal and professional plans. She has explored the concept of LOW TOUCH** economy and analyzed different industries in different countries. 

After defining the new framework, she will explore the different competencies needed to succeed in the business world and focus in leadership and soft skills. Inspiring others, teamwork, taking initiative, result driven, empathy and passion are some of the ingredients to succeed. Personal and professional balance, prioritizing and self confidence are part of the recipe too. International exposure becomes a must in current times.

Lucía Egea possesses more than 20 years of international experience at C-level in EdTech, Finance, Business Development and Audit. She has lead teams across the value chain: FMCG, Pharma, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Consulting and Education domains. IE Faculty since 2008.
