Margarita has 30 years of professional experience in Real Estate, with a strong background in Finance and Investment with a value added focus.
She is currently working as the CEO of FUSA/FEGAUNION, a real estate family-run company, and leading UNEXUM a Real-Estate Asset Management company. Margarita also participated and won the first worldwide Reinventing Cities Competition on the Madrid site, Vallecas UPM Campus Sur to be completed between 2023 to 2025.
