Join us for a Virtual IE Alumni Panel about diversity
Diversity is a current topic in most dimensions nowadays (academic, political, social) and it could not be different in the business environment. Thus, many companies are investing in promoting diversity and inclusion among their employees.
In this event, an enriching debate will be held about work-related challenges and opportunities initiated by or related to diversity. We will count on the expertise and perspectives of IE alumni, representing different categories of diversity, that will help in understanding the crucial aspects of how companies can survive in current and future “diversity-demanding” business reality.
The debate will be mediated by Prof. Newton Campos, from IE University, which is one of the most diverse Universities in the world, bringing insights from the deep and fruitful connection between diversity and business.

Newton Campos is the founder of Newton Equity Partners and Professor of Entrepreneurship at IE University. Newton’s career spans more than 30 years across Entrepreneurship, Private Equity, and Technology on five continents. He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and continues his teaching and research in Entrepreneurship through Acquisition at IE University and other institutions.
