Iben is a strategist who focuses on partnerships and investments for Gehl’s Innovation Team, as well as developing a business development strategy for the American offices. Iben spent six years leading business development for the NYC office of BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group. During her tenure, the office grew from 13 to 200 employees and greatly expanded its market reach, winning its first cultural and institutional projects. Iben has also worked for Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, Steven Holl Architects, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Urban Land Institute. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Brown University and her Master of Environmental Design from the Yale School of Architecture.
