Why Gender Equality is Smart Business - USA & Canada

Gender equality and economic growth can be perfect allies. So what actions can help companies achieve gender equality and inclusion while boosting productivity?

In celebration of International Women’s Day, join IE University for a workshop led by IE Professor Patricia Gabaldon focusing on the economic benefits of promoting women’s empowerment and leadership. Register today and vote for the topic that is most important to you and submit any questions you may have in advance!

Women’s empowerment and leadership boost economic growth through many channels, including increasing productivity, innovation and governance. However, sometimes it is hard to understand the slow pace in reaching gender equality or the mechanism to achieve it. In this discussion, based on your questions and the most recent research, we will try to understand the different actions that can help companies achieve gender equality and inclusion while boosting productivity.
