A Shared Vision for Leadership in a Complex World — A Dialogue with the Deans of IE Business School and Brown University

What does it mean to lead in a world defined by complexity, interdependence, and rapid change? Join the Deans of IE Business School and Brown University, Lee Newman and  Sandra Rehm Smith, for an engaging conversation exploring the shared vision behind the IE Brown Executive MBA — a program that integrates the rigor of business training with the depth of the social sciences, equipping leaders with both the strategic management acumen and human understanding required to navigate today’s global challenges.

Through this conversation, Deans Newman and Rehm Smith will reflect on the origins of the IE Brown alliance, the distinctive philosophy behind the Executive MBA, and how this shared vision continues to inspire leaders who see complexity not as a barrier, but as an opportunity to lead with insight and impact.

We hope you can join!
