More than 10 years of experience in developing new markets for different multinationals and managing commercial teams. He is currently Director of Business Development for IE University in Italy & Southeast Europe, where he also completed his MBA. Passionate about LIFE and NETWORKING, constantly analyzing the environment to capture opportunities and connect people.
Business Developer at Media System Lab S.r.l
MBA in IE Business School and graduated in architecture at Milan Politecnico he is an entrepreneur and co-owner of Media System Lab in which he is responsible for Business development and marketing in Italy and Europe from 15 years and GM of a Volleyball associations network. Curiosity driven he had several different experiences following his passions as scenographer, volleyball trainer and photographer, always focused on creativity, design thinking and lateral thinking

With over 29 years as a CEO, executive coach, and professor, he specializes in leadership, innovation, and business development. Currently, he leads ComOut GLOBAL (BDaaS and outsourcing) and Hara LS. Ltd. (organizational development and HR consulting), fostering adaptable and innovative cultures.
