Senior Associate Director, Talent and Careers
Beatriz is head of the MIM Program within IE Talent & Careers. She joined IE in 2016 and has 15 years of experience in campus recruitment, career development and employer branding. Previously worked as Campus Relationships Manager at Morgan Stanley, London and Business development and career advisor roles at Fordham Gabelli School of Business, New York.
